This page explains how payments, purchases, coins, subscriptions, and refunds work on our platform.

By using Hulle.online and making any purchase, you agree to these terms theyre part of ourTerms of Use.
Hulle.online allows users (Fans) to support creators by:
Buyingsubscriptionsfor exclusive content.
Purchasingcoins or creditsto tip, unlock, or gift.
Makingone-time paymentsfor special content or live interactions.
All financial transactions on Hulle.online are processed securely via our authorized payment partners.
We never store your full payment information on our servers.
We currently accept:
Major debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
Mobile money options (where available)
International payment gateways (like Stripe or Paystack)
All transactions are displayed in your selected currency (e.g., USD, ZAR, NGN, etc.) subject to exchange rate fluctuations and processing fees.
Coins (or credits)are Hulle.onlines virtual currency used to:
Send tips or gifts to creators
Unlock premium posts or videos
Access exclusive events or features
Coinscannot be exchanged for cashor transferred to other users.
Once purchased, coins arenon-refundableexcept as required by law.
Coins may expire or lose value if your account is inactive for an extended period (well always give notice).
When you subscribe to a creator:
You gain access to their paid content for the duration of your plan (monthly, weekly, etc.).
Subscriptionsauto-renewunless you cancel before the next billing cycle.
You can cancel anytime via your account settings no hidden traps.
If you cancel, your access will continue until your current billing period ends.
After that, renewal stops automatically.
Creators earn from:
Subscription payments
Tips and gifts
Pay-per-view or exclusive content sales
Earnings are visible in your dashboard and processed through approved payment methods.
Hulle.online may deduct aplatform service fee(displayed transparently before payout).
Creators are responsible for theirown taxes, fees, and local regulations.
We aim to make every transaction fair and transparent.
However, because of the nature of digital content:
All sales are generally final.
Refunds areonly grantedif:
The transaction was duplicated in error.
Unauthorized charges were made to your account.
Required by local law.
Refundswill not be issuedfor:
Change of mind
Creator content you no longer wish to view
Inactivity or forgetting to cancel a subscription
Coins already spent or used
To request a refund, contactbilling@hulle.onlinewithin7 daysof the transaction.
All refund decisions are final once reviewed.
If you issue a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we maysuspend or terminate your accountto prevent fraud.
Prices for coins, subscriptions, or other services are listed clearly at checkout.
Hulle.online may adjust pricing to reflect exchange rates or platform improvements well always notify you in advance.
Taxes (like VAT) may apply depending on your location and payment method.
No hidden charges ever.
We use encrypted payment gateways and anti-fraud systems to protect all users.
If we detect suspicious or high-risk transactions, we may:
Delay or review payments, or
Request identity verification before payout.
This ensures a safe environment for both creators and fans.
If you have any billing or payment issues:
Contact us firstatbilling@hulle.online were fast and fair.
Well investigate and respond within a reasonable time.
If needed, we may coordinate with your payment provider to resolve the issue.
Were here to keep things smooth no drama needed.
If your account is terminated for violating ourTerms of Use, any remaining coins or credits may be forfeited.
Creators with pending balances will receive their payouts according to our normal cycle, unless termination resulted from fraud or illegal activity.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect new features, legal changes, or improvements to the payment system.
Updates will be posted here with a new Effective Date.
Continued use of Hulle.online means you accept the revised terms.
